Costs, reimbursement and health insurance
An introductory conversation at Soulsence is free and without obligation. For the intake and follow-up consultations, a fixed rate applies per session. The hypnotic gastric band has the same session rate, but is a separate trajectory with multiple sessions.
The number of consultations and the frequency depend on your request for help, your wishes and the course of the trajectory. During the introductory conversation or intake, we discuss what fits your situation.
Would you rather not involve your health insurer? A private trajectory is of course also possible.

After the consultation you can easily pay via a payment request, in cash or by bank transfer. If desired, payment can be made within 7 days after the invoice date.
A consultation can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If cancelled within 24 hours, the consultation will be charged.
Which insurance reimburses hypnotherapy?
Most health insurers in the Netherlands reimburse hypnotherapy in whole or in part from supplementary insurance, provided you have supplementary insurance and the therapist is registered and recognised. Practice Soulsence is affiliated with the NBVH and registered with the RBCZ.
The amount reimbursed differs per health insurer and package. Always check your own policy or view the current overview on the Zorgwijzer website.
Does hypnotherapy fall under the statutory deductible?
No. When hypnotherapy is reimbursed from supplementary insurance, your statutory deductible is not affected. The statutory deductible applies to care from basic insurance. Reimbursement from supplementary insurance depends on your package.
How do I submit the invoice to my health insurer?
You receive the invoice by email immediately after the consultation. You can submit it to your health insurer yourself. The invoice contains the details your insurer needs, such as the treatment date, consultation description and my registration numbers.
