Hoe werkt regressietherapie?
During regression you relive experiences from the past in trance. When repressed emotions, thoughts and physical reactions have been expressed, insight will arise into what happened then and how you responded to it. You then notice that beliefs and reaction patterns that originated at that time are still present in your life. However, because the circumstances are different now, you can adjust these patterns and reactions.
Do I have control during hypnosis?
A common view with hypnosis is that you lose control or that it lies with the person who is putting you into hypnosis. This only applies to hypnosis such as theater hypnosis. With therapeutic hypnosis you always have control over yourself.
Costs and reimbursement
Health insurance companies in the Netherlands reimburse the treatment in whole or in part, provided that the client is additionally insured and the therapist is recognized and qualified. Consult your own insurance policy for this. The deductible does not apply to hypnotherapy. This only applies to reimbursements from the basic package.
The number of consultations and the frequency will depend on your question and / or your wish and the course of the process.

No weekend surcharge.
The invoice is immediately given or sent after the consultation. You can submit this for reimbursement to your health insurer.
